As well as the fresh beef we sell, we roast only the very best for our meat platters. We obtain the finest free range pork from Plantation Pigs farm in Surrey. We have the best turkey, genuine traditional farm fresh turkey from Copas Bros farm in Berkshire, which is listed in the BBC 'Food Lovers Guide'. We have an extensive range of buffet products, and we also do a 'We Make, You Bake' among our famous individual encroute range. We also do party encroutes, the Beef Wellington winning top awards. We also make Party Pies in ceramic dishes. You can pick any filling from our extensive range, the most popular being Steak and Red Wine, which has won many Awards over the past 5 years, National & International. Many products in our range are made from our famous 'Farmhouse' Sausage which has won a Best Sausage in Great Britain Diamond Award. Our most popular creation is our Poached Salmon.
